Jacketed & Non Jacketed Columns, Stripper Column, Distillation Towers, Packed Column.We use a wide range of pressure vessel quality (PVQ) and IS-2062 grades of steel plate to fabricate, manufacture and produce welded pressure vessels. The materials we use include PVQ516 (Grades 55, 60, 65, 70), ASTM A516-70 Plate, A-36/SA-36, SA-516-70/SA-516-70N, SA-514/SA-517, A516/70, Nickel Alloy, Cladding Plates (SS on one side & MS on other) C-1045. The PVQ steel plates that we use can be normalized or stress relieved. PVQ steel is preferred because it can possess excellent welding capabilities.
The various standards that we can manufacture to are EN 13445 - The current European Standard, harmonized with the Pressure Equipment Directive (97/23/EC), ASME Boiler and Pressure Vessel Code Section VIII Division 1 & Division 2, BS 5500 (PD 5500) for the design and construction of export equipment, EN 286 (Parts 1 to 4): European standard for simple pressure vessels (air tanks), CODAP: French Code for Construction of Unfired Pressure Vessel, AS/NZS 1200: Pressure equipment, AS/NZS 3788:2006, API 510, IS 2825-1969.
We can provide 100% radiographic testing and inspection (RT-1) services, spot radiographic testing and inspection (Spot RT) services, post weld heat treating (PWHT) services and also insulate pressure vessels through our collaboration with trusted service contractors.
