CONSTRUCTION
TROUGH :
The trough or Sigma Bowl is fabricated and bolted in construction. The trough is machined to close tolerance to minimize the clearance between the blades and the trough walls. This ensures thorough kneading of the material. The trough is provided with a mild steel jacket to circulate heat transfer medium and is generally capable to handle a pressure of 5 kg / sq. cm. for steam heating & water cooling.
MIXING ROTORS :
Made of alloy cast-steel, spirally anullar design, with node tips internally cored for effective Tempretaure Control.The width of the nodes are hard, profile ground & heat treated.
PRESSURE LID :
Steel fabricated hard faced at mixing contact area, Jacketted for effective heating / cooling.
DUST SEALS :
Specially wet / dry type designed to keep environment Cleanliness & are easily replaceable.
DUST EXHAUSTING DEVICE :
Hovering Vapours / dust, absorbed by ducting to dust collector.
SEQUENCE CONTROL :
The electro control system adopts PLC device and it possesses of a perfect and reliable automatically controlled monitoring and alarming function as well safety interlocks.
TEMPERATURE INDICATION CONTROL :
Temperature Indicators with thermocouple gives the exact mixtures temperature.
